The AutoGDA-72 digestion systems are specifically designed for acid digestion and acid evaporation methods prior to analysis by AAS, ICP-OES or ICP-MS.Auto GDA-72 can process 72 samples automatically and continuously without any human intervention. Then the instrument can automatically complete the next steps such as acid adding, sample mixing, covering or opening the cap, process heating and digestion, deacidize, color recognition and capacity determination, and the whole process can be done without people so that the concept of 'one-stop' digestion is fully applied.

Automatic Process Design

Automated Injection System:

• Double peristaltic pump + syringe pump; Multiple solvent channels

Multiple Solvent Channels:

• The digestion caps can be removed and capped automatically

• The machine is equipped with digestion tubes rack and motor lifting system, which can automatically lift and shake

• Two separate heating modules

• PID heater with temperature fluctuation at ±0.1℃

Automated Constant System:

• Constant system with the ultrasonic sensor
