The Picarro G2106 Ethylene (C2H4) Analyzer is a real time, trace gas monitor capable of measuring
C2H4 with parts-per-billion (ppb) sensitivity. Our unique CRDS analyzer is a time-based measurement system that
uses a near-infrared laser to quantify spectral features of molecules in a sample gas passed through an optical
measurement cavity. An effective path length of up to 20 kilometers inside the cavity results in exceptional instrument
precision and sensitivity. Picarro analyzers use a small 35 cc volume cavity, ensuring better temperature stability,
faster gas exchange, lower noise and higher sensitivity. Precise cavity temperature and pressure control is designed
into the system to ensure accurate measurements over very long periods of time. Picarro CRDS systems also include
a patented, high-precision wavelength monitor that makes certain the analyzer only monitors spectral features of
interest. This virtually eliminates spectral “noise” from interfering species.
The analyzer is exceptionally rugged, with minimal drift and essentially maintenance free. It requires virtually no
consumables, thereby offering significant ease-of-use and cost of ownership benefits. Easily transportable from site to
site, the analyzer can be set up and running within minutes, and typically requires no sample preparation or drying.
The gas concentration is displayed in real-time with no post-processing required, and is continuously archived to the
analyzer’s internal hard drive. Designed to operate both in laboratories and in harsh environments, it can operate for
many months without user interaction. The software includes a valve sequencer, capable of automatically controlling
up to six external solenoid valves and a rotary valve.
PICARRO G2106 in Thailand

Where the trace gas analyzer is used in Thailand
Based on the specifications above, the G2106 suits laboratories and monitoring teams that:
- Need to follow ethylene at parts-per-billion levels as it changes, instead of collecting samples and waiting for an off-line result.
- Work with long unattended measurement campaigns, where readings must be archived continuously to the analyzer’s internal hard drive for months at a time.
- Want to sample several points automatically, using the built-in valve sequencer to drive as many as six external solenoid valves plus a rotary valve.
- Need to move the instrument between a laboratory bench and harsh field conditions and have it measuring again within minutes.
Service and support in Thailand
An analytical instrument does not end at delivery. Thai Unique supports yours from within the country.
- Installation and calibration — our engineers install the system, run performance verification and calibrate it for your actual workload
- Scheduled preventive maintenance — year-round cover under a Service Contract, with costs you can budget for
- Repairs with genuine spare parts — experienced technicians using original components from the manufacturer
- Operator training — classroom and hands-on training on your own instrument
- Sample testing and method verification — we run your real samples and verify the method before you commit
Frequently asked questions
Can the G2106 run multiple sampling points on its own, without an operator switching lines?
Yes — its software includes a valve sequencer that automatically drives up to six external solenoid valves and a rotary valve, while concentrations are displayed live and written to the internal hard drive. Talk to our team about matching the sequencer to your sampling layout.
Why buy PICARRO G2106 from Thai Unique rather than direct from the manufacturer?
Because the people who look after it are here. Installation, calibration, scheduled maintenance, repairs with genuine parts and operator training are all handled by our team in Thailand, without routing every request overseas.
Can we test our own samples before deciding?
Yes. Our sample testing and method verification service runs your real samples so you can see the results this trace gas analyzer gives on your workload before you buy.
How much does it cost, and how do we request a quotation?
Pricing depends on the configuration, accessories and the scope of work in your laboratory. Tell our sales team what you need to analyse and how many samples you run per day, and we will propose a configuration together with lead time and service terms.
