The QuAAtro39 is the upright, microflow edition of the latest continuous flow analyzer models evolved from the original world-class Technicon Segmented Flow Analysis (SFA) systems. The system consists of an autosampler, a peristaltic pump, a chemistry manifold, a detector and data acquisition software. Sample and reagents are pumped continuously through the chemistry manifold where air bubbles are introduced at regular intervals forming unique reaction segments which are mixed using glass coils. The glass tubing is ideal, as it is inert, cleans easily, and enables easy visual checks.
In SFA, reactions run to completion and the ratio of sample to reagents in the detector reaches a constant maximum value. This results in ultra-low detection limits and exceptional reproducibility. Variations in reaction time, temperature and sample matrix do not affect the results as they do in other colorimetric techniques, such as flow injection analysis, where the reaction is not brought to completion.
The QuAAtro39 is a microflow SFA system, the internal diameter of all glassware being 1 mm. This reduces reagent consumption and increases throughput, with most methods running at 100 – 120 samples hour. The integrated enclosed manifold and detector are heated to 40° C. Flow stability is ensured as the optimal bubble frequency for each method is programmed by electronically-synchronized silent air valves.
SEAL Analytical QuAAtro39 in Thailand
The QuAAtro39 is an upright, microflow continuous flow analyzer using segmented flow analysis (SFA), a type of continuous flow analysis (CFA). It is supplied and supported by Thai Unique in Thailand for laboratories running colorimetric methods that need low detection limits at steady throughput.

Where the continuous flow analyzer is used in Thailand
Based on the specifications above, the QuAAtro39 suits laboratories that:
- Need to push detection limits down on colorimetric determinations, since each reaction is carried through to completion before the sample reaches the detector.
- Work through long sample runs, with most methods moving at 100 – 120 samples per hour while the 1 mm internal-diameter glassware keeps reagent use down.
- Want results that hold steady when reaction time, temperature or sample matrix shift between batches, rather than drifting as they can with techniques that read a partial reaction.
- Need to keep an eye on the chemistry itself, using glass tubing that stays inert, rinses out easily and lets an operator check the segments visually.

Frequently asked questions
What sample rate can the QuAAtro39 hold, and what keeps the chemistry stable across a long run?
Most methods run at 100 – 120 samples per hour, with the enclosed manifold and detector held at 40° C and silent air valves synchronized electronically so each method keeps the bubble frequency it needs. For a check against your own methods and matrices, talk to our technical team.
Why buy SEAL Analytical QuAAtro39 from Thai Unique rather than direct from the manufacturer?
Because the people who look after it are here. Installation, calibration, scheduled maintenance, repairs with genuine parts and operator training are all handled by our team in Thailand, without routing every request overseas.
Can we test our own samples before deciding?
Yes. Our sample testing and method verification service runs your real samples so you can see the results this continuous flow analyzer gives on your workload before you buy.
How much does it cost, and how do we request a quotation?
Pricing depends on the configuration, accessories and the scope of work in your laboratory. Tell our sales team what you need to analyse and how many samples you run per day, and we will propose a configuration together with lead time and service terms.
